Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Most items (except sale items and custom items) are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
• Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

Important: Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for all exchanges. If the item you want is out of stock, you may select an alternative item as a replacement.

Custom Items Return Policy
Our custom chakra bracelets are handcrafted based on your unique chakra test results and crystal selections. Each piece is created with intention, care, and deep personalization.
• During the 30-Day Return Period, we offer a full refund or exchange for custom items only if:
- The item was damaged or lost during shipping (unboxing video required)
- You received the wrong item due to a production error
• For returns due to any other reason (e.g., personal preference) during the 30-Day Return Period, we offer a 60% refund of the original item price to acknowledge the extensive work involved in creating your piece.

How to Return
Simply email us at ommind.contact@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
• You’ll hear from us within 24-48 hours with the return address.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Once received, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
• Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days upon receipt.
• For credit card refunds, please allow up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect.
To ensure a smooth process, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Reminder: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges requested by international customers will incur a new shipping fee. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Cancelations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away—we’ll cancel it and process a full refund immediately.
