Domestic Shipping

• Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days (available in the UK only)

International Shipping
For international orders, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on purchases over £69.
However, please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by their local government.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Packages may travel by ground, air, or both, depending on the destination.
Important Notes on Duties and Taxes:
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you are unsure about customs regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Misdelivered Packages & PO Boxes
To ensure successful delivery:
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Deliveries to PO Boxes may experience additional delays, and in some cases, we may not be able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
If a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender," customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost Packages
We partner with reliable shipping carriers, but on rare occasions, packages may be lost in transit.
• If your package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full replacement of your order.
